We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and energetic Senior Administration Officer.

As a public body, it is essential that SEPA has good governance in place. It helps us make better decisions about the way we use our resources, and it strengthens our accountability. SEPA is changing. We are creating a world-class environment protection agency fit for the challenges of tomorrow. We are taking a new approach to simplify and strengthen governance across the organisation.

Our Senior Administration Officers contribute to achieving objectives that improve information governance, increase the accessibility of SEPA’s information and reduce information risks.

We are investing in the development of a sustainable model for access to information that gives everyone easy access to the information they want to know about Scotland’s environment and SEPA’s services.

To support this, we have created an additional Senior Administration Officer role in SEPA’s Information Governance team.

You will be an integral member of the team focussed on access to information. Good at collaborating, you will build constructive working relationships at all levels across the organisation to deliver a high standard of service. You will be able to communicate in simple language that connects with the audience. Taking a positive proactive approach, you will deliver a diverse, busy workload, identify opportunities for improvement and adapt quickly in response to changing priorities and new ways of working.

If this description sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. You can find more information in the job summary and supplementary job summary.
