A vacancy has arisen within the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), and we are looking to appoint an Office Assistant Modern Apprentice for a period of 15 months on a full time basis at our Stirling office.

What is the role?

The role is part of a hard-working OD Team, providing a high quality, effective and efficient administrative and support service in accordance with SEPA systems and procedures. Some of the specific tasks will include:

• Assist administration support for HR processes, including recruitment, payroll and the creation and maintenance of HR records;
• Dealing with general enquiries either by telephone or on a face to face basis, escalating more complex enquiries when appropriate;
• Open, distribute and log incoming mail and circulate accordingly; and
• Carrying out any other administration duties as required including providing cover where appropriate.
